Working closely with attorneys, accountants, trust officers, administrators and executors, Debbie sells property on behalf of the heirs of an estate who may be overwhelmed by the responsibilities and decisions that must be made during a time of great emotional stress for the family. 

 

Because of her depth of knowledge about how the deceased’s property must legally convey in Virginia, she can prepare the home for sale and negotiate the best contract for the beneficiaries.  She will coordinate the personal property appraisal, the estate sale, and oversee the preparation of the home so it shows at its best and keep all parties informed as to the progress of the transaction.
