About Debbie Miller

Licensed since 1994, and a Broker since 2004, I have been helping seniors and their adult children sell the family home since 1995. 

I am often asked how I decided to focus on the niche of the 55+ market.  I was responsible for the care of my parents and in-laws as well as two sets of aunts and uncles who had no children. The decisions I had to make for them happened over about a two-year period. It was very stressful and overwhelming at times since I didn’t have access to the resources I have today. I knew that, if I was having trouble coping, then others in similar situations probably were, too.

My first love is real estate and I had already worked in the areas of remodeling and renovation, commercial, and new home construction. By expanding my services, I knew that I could help seniors and their adult children through the transition of selling the family home. So, in 1995, I began offering complete downsizing and moving services.  Hiring me is like “renting a daughter.” I act as a guide, resource, and advocate for the senior and the adult child.  

My trademarked title “Lifestyle Transition Specialist®” means more than just the designation of Realtor®. I plan & oversee all the other tasks that must be accomplished in order to move from the family home. De-cluttering, preparing the home for sale, coordinating with the movers and overall transaction management are just some of the extra services I provide my clients. By helping them through the myriad of tasks, I can ease their stress and help them move on to a new exciting part of life!

Through my “Seminars for Seniors” I am able to educate and inform my clients about the process of selling and what to expect.
